The Opportunity:CACI's Mastodon Design team in Rochester, NY is looking to hire a Fielding Project Manager to join their team. Mastodon Design specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers’ next requirement. We focus on offering devices that can be fielded immediately to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. This opportunity is in direct support to the TLS BCT Manpack Program of Record with the Army.Responsibilities:Primary point of contact and manager to the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process in support of the TLS Manpack Program.
Coordinate and manage TLS Manpack Warehouse activities.
Coordinate, manage, and report on RMA data, fielded configurations, FRACAS, and Government Furnished Material.
Coordinating TLS SW Release Testing and reporting results to internally and externally.
Present and communicate to TLS Manpack government program team.
Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize fielding efficiency and “right on arrival” system delivery.
Supports customer fieldlings as required to ensure success.
Working internally to mitigate risk to fielding schedule.
Qualifications:
Required:Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Travel: Up to 25% or more, including potential for international travel.
Familiarity with tactical communications networks, signals intelligence collection equipment and electronic warfare operations.
Presentation experience with internal and external customers.
Significant experience with Mastodon Products.
Familiar with L3Harris PRC-163 and PRC-158 Software defined radios.
Experienced in working with the Army.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within a rapidly growing business and evolving organization.
Military service/background, preferred.
This position may require the candidate to be able to obtain a security clearance.
This position will allow for partial telework.
