Job Description Summary:

We’re seeking a Finance Analyst/Senior Finance Analyst to join the North America Large Enterprise Finance team at PayPal. In this role, you will support financial planning processes, track performance and partner closely with the North America Enterprise Commercial teams including Sales and Servicing Leaders. This is a varied role in scope, entailing tracking and understanding financial performance as well as closely working with the Global Markets organization to drive sustainable profitable growth.

Job Description:

In this role, you can expect to:

• Owning monthly, quarterly and annual forecast models of NA across all products and through transaction margin
• Providing real time insight into business performance and financial results of topline, perform variance and sensitivity analyses on (daily/weekly/monthly) revenue/margin performance for merchants, verticals and products
• Identifying key business levers, establish cause & effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders up-and-down the organization to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Servicing, Business Ops and others to strategically advise on financial impact and improve business performance
• Use business intelligence dashboards and reporting to advise and inform the Finance team and executive leadership on business unit and product performance

To thrive in this role, you have:

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in finance / FP&A roles or related fields/functions and comfortable with topline financial management; prior experience at high-growth technology or financial technology startups a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced Proficiency with MS Office specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated proficiency in large database manipulation through standard access tools, such as SQL and reporting tools (Essbase).
• Experience & demonstrated interest in building and challenging financial models.
• Detail-oriented, highly analytical individual who strives for excellence and wants to be part of a great team.
• High energy and a true desire to understand the drivers of the business.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• A team-oriented mentality and a positive attitude.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$52800 to $136510
