    The Financial Analyst for Supply Chain is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparingreports, and providing insights to improve financial performance and guide IME's strategicplanning. This role collaborates closely with procurement and logistics teams to forecast futurefinancial trends, improve performance, and support the budgeting process.

    What You'll Do

    Key Responsibilities:

    Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process byforecasting future supply chain costs, including the impact of raw material prices, logisticsexpenses, and procurement activities. Track and monitor supply chain budgets, ensuringalignment with cost optimization and strategic sourcing goals.

    Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for seniormanagement and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs),such as cost savings, commodity price fluctuations, and efficiency metrics. Create monthly,quarterly, and annual supply chain financial reports.

    Strategic Recommendations: Make data-driven recommendations to improve cost efficiencyand supply chain financial performance. Provide insights to assist with supplier negotiations,procurement strategies, and pricing optimization. Evaluate financial risks and opportunitiesrelated to supply chain disruptions, commodity price volatility, and vendor performance.

    Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to gatherfinancial information. Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies, initiatives,and cost-saving measures. Assist in the automation of supply chain financial processes andreporting systems.

    Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all financial processes comply with legal regulations andaccounting standards. Support internal and external audits related to supply chain activities byproviding necessary data and documentation.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to manipulate, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Ability to interpret and present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL

    Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in supply chain or manufacturingenvironments

    Working Conditions:The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment. Occasionally, you maytravel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typicalconstruction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding,leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space.\u202f You may be required tovisit multiple locations during any one day.

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

    *Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, andinternal equity.*
