Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Financial Operations Manager to join a DoD program based in Washington DC. This position will be fully ONSITE in the DC office.

Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Manager:

• Provide classified financial/acquisition program management services to assist program manager(s) with day-to-day management of new or existing multi-million-dollar naval warfighter capability programs.
• Serve as principal advisor for planning, budgeting, contract management, configuration management, and other business management for multiple, complex projects. 
• Develop program acquisition and financial management documentation to support the full lifecycle of program contract actions.
• Provide technical/financial expertise to support R&D requirements definition, procurement packages, development, coordination, execution, and technology transition. 

Qualifications of the Financial Operations Manager:

• 10+ years’ experience supporting DOD/Intelligence finance or acquisition, programs, or offices.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating SOWs, CDRLs, J&As, and other program contractual documents.
• Expertise in budget submissions for DoD PPBE process.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must have an ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance.

Compensation for the Financial Operations Manager:

• Salary: $155,000-175,000/year **flexible based on experience**
