Job Description:
CACI is seeking a Financial Reporting Senior Manager to join our corporate accounting team in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, footnote disclosures, and MD&A for quarterly SEC filings (10-Q/Ks), including the XBRL tagging process.
- Prepare monthly consolidated internal financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Review disclosures to ensure compliance with US GAAP/SEC regulations, including share-based compensation, earnings per share, segment reporting, revenue, leases, debt and equity transactions, non-GAAP reporting, amongst other topics.
- Collaborate with various teams, including finance, tax, legal, investor relations, and external auditors, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Execute and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial information communicated to senior management, board of directors, and investors.
- Keep abreast of current developments in accounting standards and SEC regulations.
- Manage, develop, and supervise a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic projects, as necessary.
- Proactively work with auditors and advisors on key accounting and reporting issues.
- Look for opportunities to evolve the reporting process
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of financial reporting experience with public companies
- Active CPA license required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience working with financial reporting and consolidation systems/tools (e.g., Costpoint, Oracle FCCS, Workiva, research software, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules, including non-GAAP reporting
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, including writing accounting disclosures supporting public filings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
**This position requires the employee to work on average 3 days a week in the Reston, VA office with a hybrid, flexible arrangement.**
Desired:
- Mix of prior Big 4 experience and industry experience
- Federal contracting industry accounting experience preferred
- Experience with XBRL tagging and SEC filing software.
- An advanced degree (MBA or Master in Accounting)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$89,800 - $197,700
