Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician to support a federal program based out of Redmond, WA.

***Requires an active TS/SCI FULL SCOPE POLY Clearance***

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:

• End-user support for software, peripherals, and devices
• Installation of specialized software
• Deployment of new desktop and laptops hardware

Qualifications of the Help Desk Technician:

• Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph
• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation for the Help Desk Technician:

• Salary: $70,000-$130,000/year *flexible based on experience*
• Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by state law, and Holidays
