The Opportunity:

The Future Operations Courseware Analyst will serve as a member of the CACI contract team supporting U.S. Air Force (USAF) Headquarters, Air Education and Training Command's Future Operations Division (HQ AETC/A3X) in the Directorate

for Operations and Communications (HQ AETC/A3/6) at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph in San Antonio, Texas. Assist with readiness training courseware development. Provide project management for assigned readiness tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes readiness training programs to ensure compliance to formal readiness training standardization.

  • Provide project management for assigned readiness tasks.

Qualifications:

 

Required:

  • Must have at least 5 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience.

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming.

  • Must have working knowledge of USAF Readiness Training.

  • Current SECRET (NATO) U.S. Government security clearance or ability to acquire a SECRET clearance.

Desired:

  • Project Management Certification through the PM Institute

  • Ability to serve on teams with demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail skills.

  • Served as an in-residence and/or online instructor.

  • An understanding of competency-based assessment, learning, and development.

  • An understanding of US Air Force foundational and occupational competencies.

  • Experience as an Instruction System Designer working on interactive multimedia instruction.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100-$141,000
