What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS G2X Planner and Operations Integrator, you will support the Southern European Task Force (SETAF-Africa) G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence operations.
You will embed at SETAF-Africa, located Vicenza, Italy, and may travel as required, to support USAREUR-AF, SETAF-Africa, and its component commands and assigned units’ CI/HUMINT programs. You will provide mission partners with expert advice, planning, advisory, operational knowledge, and technical expertise that enables new and dynamic concepts of national strategic policy, emerging technologies, and evolving partner nations requirements.
These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.
More About this Role:
Other duties of the CI/HUMINT Analyst will include but are not limited to:
Input and monitor data in the Joint Counterintelligence HUMINT Operations Portal.
Provide CI/HUMINT planning support to include operational debriefings.
Develop and coordinate G2X support to operations, exercises and Theater
Security Cooperation (TSC) events or exchanges.
Provide professional advice and recommendations regarding CI/HUMINT support for Research and Technology Protection.
Assess and identify alternative approaches for CI/HUMINT support to Force Protection, including participating in vulnerability assessments and surveillance detection.
Provide guidance and technical support to both CI and HUMINT surveillance for tactics, operations, tradecraft, and DoD CI Counterespionage (CE) investigations, CI Functional Services, Full Spectrum HUMINT Military Source Operations (MSO) and multi-intelligence discipline operations integration.
Develop concepts, plans and operational orders (OPORDs) and fragmentary orders (FRAGOs) to support command’s mission planning and execution efforts for the G2X.
Review and analyze directives, plans, policies, and procedures of higher headquarters pertaining to the development of regional plans and CI/HU collection efforts.
Use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to study and evaluate issues and data presented, developing recommendations for action based on expert analysis of functional capability throughout the organization.
Coordinate with Army Service Component Commands, Task Forces, Joint Task Forces (JTFs), Joint and other serviced agencies/commands to identify equipment, systems, tools, and manpower requirements for operational and contingency plans.
Represent the G2X Plans Section at all Boards, Bureaus, Cells, Centers, Working Groups (B2C2WG) meetings.
Work with G5 and G39 to develop and integrate CI/HU requirements for the information collection plan and coordinate intelligence support to Information Operations.
Write and publish orders to operationalize plans.
Assess changes to current and future plans and their associated impact on posture, missions, goals, and objectives within the G2X.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
A master’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR a bachelor’s degree, thirteen (13) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR an associate degree, minimum of sixteen (16) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis and operations; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of twenty-two (22) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience and knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.
Minimum Security Clearance – TS/SCI, eligible for Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Proven understanding of and experience with counterterrorism and/or counterintelligence all source analysis in the African and European Theater.
Experience with link analysis and network diagrams.
Experience using Analyst Notebook, common Intelligence Community databases and websites, CHROME, etc.
Regional experience in one or more of the following focus areas: NATO, Russia, Baltics, Eurasia, Aegean, Balkans.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
