General Summary:

• Hands on experience in global Disbursement activities (Batch payment, WIRE, Inter-Company, Bank Reconciliation, and handling bank correspondence etc.)
• Perform AP accrual and Month End Close for multiple regions globally
• Reconcile General Ledger and Sub Ledger reports
• Reconcile pre-paid, Un-invoiced Receipts (URR), and other AP transactions
• Establish connect with vendors for open transactions and reconciliation
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement and Receiving, to standardize processes related to the receipt and return of goods/services
• Perform data analysis, gather requirements and recommend solutions for process and policy improvement
• Experience in US escheatment filing and reporting of 1099 and 1042 process
• Work with internal and external auditors for internal controls and reporting
• Work with stakeholders for best practices on matching of invoice to PO, PO closure process
• Publish management reports related to invoice and payment aging, accruals, open prepaid and un-invoiced transactions, Days Payable Outstanding, trend analysis
• Adherence to company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

• CA/CMA/CA Inter/ MBA from premier institute with 7-10 years of experience
• Accounting experience in a multi-GAAP environment and shared service center
• Understanding of journal entries and P2P accounting flows in Oracle and SAP
• E2E knowledge and experience of P2P process
• Exposure in Oracle & SAP related to Procurement and Accounts Payable
• Excellent communication skill with fluency in English (oral and written)
• Proficient in Excel for analysis and reporting, use of Macros and Alteryx, reporting dashboards like Tableau
• Must be a quick learner and deliver on strict timelines
• Experience working with cross functional teams globally in large Multi-National Company
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills and good eye for detail
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (General and Night Shift)
