Job Summary
Under limited supervision, uses specialized generalist knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to develop business relationships with assigned institutional accounts. Based on knowledge of the clients needs, coordinate firm efforts to provide services. Regular contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify, or provide facts or information. Works on complex assignments that are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity with team.

Knowledge of

Fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of research analysis.
Lending markets and products.
Fundamental investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the fixed income industry.
Fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of institutional fixed income sales %26amp sales trading.
Principles of banking and finance and securities industry operations.
Financial markets and products.


Skill in
Identifying relationships draw logical conclusions and interpret results for use in decision-making.
Using technical/professional knowledge, interpersonal and sales skills to obtain customers%26rsquo commitment to ideas, services, or products.
Quantitative and analytical skills sufficient to assist in the evaluation of the bonds and structures.
Analyzing and interpreting financial statements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Operating standard office equipment and using required software application to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, and spreadsheets.


Ability to

Gather information, identify links and trends, interpret results and apply findings to broker and client correspondence and applicable reports

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience

Bachelor%26rsquos Degree (B.A.) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and a minimum one (1) year of experience in the financial services industry.
OR ~
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.


Licenses/Certifications
SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 (if required in state), or ability to obtain within (6) six months of hire.
