The Opportunity:As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF GIS Analyst you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.
As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF GIS Analyst you will embed at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.
Responsibilities:
The successful GIS Analyst candidate will be able to:
Establish protocols for security and currency of GIS hardware and software including system administration and maintenance.
Develop procedures for the acquisition and management of GIS data with other federal, state, and local resources.
Develop processes for the hardware, peripherals, GPS units, network, and GIS operating systems.
Design, develop, and manage the GIS database and database management system, including the conversion of thematic source maps from analog to digital form using appropriate hardware and software.
Develop protocols for the GIS and database management software, and when necessary, modify or adapt standard software to meet program needs.
Develop protocols for the computer vision implementation, data mining in addition to analytics, data visualization, statistical analysis, algorithm
development, or data science.
Establish procedures for the geospatial database management or throughputs (such as server management or Geospatial databases).
Create processes for research and analysis using geospatial information systems (GIS).
A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR an associate degree, minimum of sixteen (16) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis and operations.
A minimum of five (5) years’ specific experience as a GEOINT Analyst, and knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in Geospatial Intelligence analysis.
Minimum Security Clearance TS/SCI
Desired Qualifications:
Recent GEOINT experience in either the EUCOM or AFRICOM operating theater
Military experience is desirable, particularly supporting US ARMY Customers

$82,100 - 172,400 USD',
