General Summary:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Global Security team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the security and integrity of our company’s operations worldwide. This position involves analyzing security threats, contributing actionable insights to mitigate risks, and providing analytical support to investigations.

*Must be able to work onsite in San Diego full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigned to work closely with Global Security Investigative, Brand Protection, Executive Protection and Physical Security/Infrastructure teams.
  • Assist investigations related to security incidents, including physical security, IP theft, insider risk, workplace violence, brand protection, event security, travel and other security-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze global security threats, including geopolitical risks and physical security concerns.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential security threats to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Provide intelligence from social media platforms and other open-source data sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, and Compliance, to gather information and support investigations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investigative findings related to security trends, incidents, and risk assessments for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support for incident response and crisis management activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investigations and related activities.

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an analyst in security investigations, law enforcement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using investigation tools and software.
  • Strong navigation and research skills on social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of global security trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 8 years + experience as an analyst, contributing to multiple projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Security or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 6+ years of Security or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Security or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$43.46 - $65.20

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
