What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for supporting the Go to Channel needs for the Atlantic South Market. You will evaluate readiness plans to ensure they meet the market needs, create & present additional readiness plans/tactics that best support each market specific needs. You will provide readiness updates and support to market leaders. You will Advocate for the sales teams, analyze ways of working, align with key stakeholders and assist the Leadership and Frontline sales teams in delivering on our business goals through new initiatives. 

In this role you will work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders to understand and define sales priorities and create and communicate plans that sales leadership teams can execute on. You will work closely with leaders from across the business and the Atlantic South Market to ensure the strategy and content are conducive to the business goals and behaviors of our frontline sales teams.  

Key Responsibilities will include:

This position will be supporting the Atlantic South Market 

  • Leading, developing and/or evaluating the strategy, design, and development of launch readiness plans including but not limited to training, communication, launch day support and post launch analysis for national and market initiatives 

  • Monitoring initiative changes and quickly analyzing, digesting, and adjusting to usable field/leader level information.

  • Identifying and initiating outreach with key internal stakeholders to drive decisions and action to meet deliverables.

  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, forging cross-functional partnerships, and working closely with key stakeholders to understand critical business priorities and develop plans/content to support those priorities.

  • Developing and maintaining visually appealing, content-rich presentations (leveraging G-Suite) to be delivered to or leveraged by leaders and field partners.

  • Leading engaging and effective presentations that highlight and drive engagement in key initiatives to all levels of the organization. 

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the sales organization, the company's value proposition and our channels of distribution.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.



What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant sales planning or sales marketing, sales operations, planning or development experience.

  • Two years or more experience working in retail sales.

  • Proven ability to distill large amounts of data into meaningful, actionable summaries for executive presentation.

  • Experience creating & presenting executive level presentations.

  • Proven ability to foster and manage strategic partnerships.



Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master's degree.

  • Four or more years of Retail Sales leadership experience.

  • Two years or more experience in communications or communications strategy.

  • Experience working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Experience in retail marketing strategy.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Bilingual
