  • Managing and optimizing internal communication platforms and tools, leveraging technology—including creative AI platforms—to enhance communication efficiency and reach.

What we're looking for:

You'll need to have:

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Six or more years in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for crafting messages that resonate with diverse employee audiences.

  • Demonstrated willingness to develop innovative internal campaigns and content that drive engagement and support company culture.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional writing skills, creativity, and the ability to connect with employees at all levels to foster a strong organizational culture.

  • Experience with internal communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, email marketing software, and creative AI platforms for visual content.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the willingness to collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners.

  • Willingness to align internal communications with broader business goals and adapt strategies based on feedback and metrics.

  • Native Spanish language proficiency.

  • Experience in shooting and editing video content, including proficiency in using smartphones, wireless microphones, and basic video editing software.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually engaging communication materials.

  • Proficiency in using creative AI platforms to generate assets and enhance communication materials.
