Job Description Summary:

As an HR Associate, you will support the HR regulatory framework for PayPal’s EMEA-regulated entities while providing essential HR support for employee relations operations in Ireland. Your role will include employee relations case management mainly for Ireland and occasionally for other EMEA sites, data analysis, and preparing materials (decks, analysis) for employee representative bodies in Luxembourg and France. Additionally, you will support regulatory HR projects across EMEA ensuring that PayPal adheres to local labor laws and regulatory requirements.



Working closely with the EMEA People team, you will contribute to both local and regional HR initiatives, ensuring compliance and delivering on HR project goals.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support employee relations cases mainly for Ireland and occasionally for other EMEA countries. 

  • Prepare data and presentations for employee representative bodies and management, ensuring accurate reporting. 

  • Data analysis & reporting: Produce reports for boards and regulatory bodies, helping to ensure compliance in regulated markets. 

  • Policy support: Assist in updating and developing HR policies to reflect regulatory changes across various jurisdictions. 

  • Support regulatory reviews to ensure the risk organization proactively addresses HR regulatory requests and concerns. 

  • Support the HR Director – EMEA Regulated entities in monitoring the identification of new regulatory and reporting requirements and oversee the implementation of appropriate actions to comply with upcoming obligations. 

  • Coordination & implementation of HR projects (EMEA) 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, project management, or HR regulatory/compliance-related roles. 

  • Languages: Fluent French and fluent English required. 

  • Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and data analysis skills. Ability to produce detailed reports and presentations. 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
