Responsibilities:
- Lead critical workstreams across HCM transformational programs – spanning program management (PMO), change management, process design, and test
- Within PMO, set the governance and lead the end-to-end program, inclusive of performing analysis of business processes within HCM division to access efficiencies and identify opportunities for risk reduction, automation and process improvement; gather pain points, shape roadmaps and project plans and execute to achieve defined KPIs
- Within change management, structure a change strategy encompassing innovative communication and training approaches to ensure all employees are fully aware of the impending changes; tailor this strategy to be culturally appropriate for the firm and the HCM division
- Within process design, lead sessions to understand current state processes and pain points; leverage this analysis and understand key requirements to help shape the future state process design and gain alignment across HCM and business stakeholders
- Within test, work with functional and technical teams to shape the end-to-end testing strategy, spanning functional test and UAT; ensure the solution is tested rigorously by HCM and business stakeholders to surface and resolve critical defects ahead of a program’s launch
- Facilitate team meetings, publish meeting notes and action items, ensure follow-up with team members, update project documents and systems, ensure timely completion of action items; adhere to project management standards and processes, including tools and reporting
- Establish positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across HCM and the business, and demonstrate a clear understanding of both internal and external requirements and success criteria that meet’s firmwide and divisional needs
- Integrate and align with other departmental processes and solutions; participate in and facilitate post project/phase reviews; identify, manage and control changes to scope
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
Ideal candidate has experience with the following:
- Experience working on transformational programs that have large-scale, organization-wide impacts
- Experience leading workstreams within program management, change management or process design
- Applying waterfall and agile project planning methodologies to multi-year projects
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$140000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
