Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Program Analyst to support a United States Space Force program in Colorado Springs, CO.

Clearance Requirement: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility with the ability to obtain and a CI Polygraph

Responsibilities:

• Leverage knowledge of the Department of the Air Force Civilian Personnel System and extensive experience hiring civilian members into US Air Force or US Space Force organizations for supporting civilian talent management workforce development.
• Facilitate the management of organizational military talent, to include force development, promotions, evaluations, and assignment recommendations to leadership
• Support Senior Leader Actions for both civilians and military.
• Provide Talent Management and Performance Management expertise and guidance for the Senior Leader workforce.
• Assist in the development of a Human Resources Directorate working in a classified environment.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with an active DoD issued TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in military assignment processes and systems
• Experience with the Department of the Air Force Civilian Personnel System
• Experience with hiring government civilians for US Air Force or US Space Force organizations

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $140,000 - $180,000 (based on years of experience)
• Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days PTO with 11 federal holidays
