Job Summary:
The Raymond James Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is looking for a talented and experienced security engineer to join our dynamic and growing engineering team. The team is a global organization based out of St. Petersburg, Florida which engineers and manages various industry-leading identity management systems. This role is perfect for a security engineer with experience in any identity access management system, but is passionate in other IAM disciplines and looking to gain experience and attack new challenges. Knowledge Skills and Abillities:
Knowledge of:
o Strong Experience with SiteMinder, Ping, or Okta
o Authentication services and standards around SSO
o Experience with RSA SecureID and Active Directory
o Experience troubleshooting federation and authentication issues
o Experience onboarding applications to SSO processes
o Security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components.
o Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
o System monitoring and event analysis.
o Windows Server and Workstation Operating Systems.
Skill In:
Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.
Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.

Education/Previous Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor%26rsquos degree MIS, Computer Sciences or related degree and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training and experience.
