POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Innovation Engineering Program Coordinator at Evolution Well Services (EVO), you will oversee project management, reporting, employee engagement, and recognition for EVO's innovation engineering projects across the company. You will collaborate with various project managers, subject matter experts and senior leadership. Ensuring that selected projects receive the appropriate priority and that schedules, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and adhered to. You will coordinate and lead regular meetings to review all innovation portal submissions, working with the Innovation Projects Committee members to determine a disposition for each submission. Additionally, you will track all projects in collaboration with the assigned project managers and subject matter experts. You will also be responsible for administering the Innovation Engineering employee recognition and rewards program. Along with other special projects as assigned by management.

The Innovation Engineering Program Coordinator works primarily indoors and will be sitting for prolonged periods at a desk, while typing on a computer, whether in home office, corporate office, client office, or EVO jobsite. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. When required to visit a wellsite, the Innovation Engineering Program Coordinator’s environment may include exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB and inclement weather, including typical and atypical outdoor elements and extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Given these conditions, if visiting a pad, the Innovation Engineering Program Coordinator may be required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) (fire retardant coveralls, safety hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection and safety gloves) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. The Innovation Engineering Program Coordinator must be able to lift 25 lbs. independently, and will be required to walk, climb, bend, reach, squat/kneel.
Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job necessity.
