We’re looking for dynamic sales professionals with a consultative approach to help small and medium-sized eCommerce merchants scale their businesses using PayPal’s industry-leading payment solutions.
In this role, you’ll own the full B2B sales cycle, engaging key decision-makers with value-driven propositions. Success in this position requires a results-oriented mindset, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and exceptional pipeline management.

Your way to impact

As a self-driven sales expert, you’ll engage with business owners, identify their needs, and confidently close deals in a fast-paced environment. You’ll make multiple daily outreaches, effectively communicate PayPal’s value, and guide prospects through the entire sales cycle. Using a consultative approach, you’ll build a strong pipeline, generate leads, and manage opportunities via Salesforce—all while serving as a trusted advisor to help merchants grow with PayPal’s solutions.

In Your Day-to-Day you will:

  • Acquire new merchants and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Close deals with confidence while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional merchant experience.
  • Stay ahead in the payments industry to effectively showcase PayPal’s value to merchants.

What You Need to Bring

  • Excellent communication skills, strong listening abilities, and outbound calling experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets with accurate forecasting.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven to exceed sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and lasting relationships.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English at a native/professional level.
