This year-round internship offers flexible hours (Full-Time or Part-Time) based on your school schedule. You'll support focused areas, apply your knowledge and education, and develop both technical and soft skills. In a collaborative, team-driven environment, you'll interact with multiple departments, receive guidance from team members and management, and enhance your business knowledge, analytical techniques, and creative problem-solving abilities. Execute day-to-day tasks and special projects professionally, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong foundation in Computer Science or Data Science
• Experience with programming languages such as Python
• Understanding of Generative-AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs), including their applications and limitations
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, AI search techniques, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
• Knowledge of Data Engineering, APIs, and cloud development
• Adaptability to new technologies
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Desired: Effective communication skills and a commitment to self-development
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

• Provide support to assigned department; may work on small projects or portions of larger projects
• Support business strategy and initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
• Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments
• Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
• Assist with AI Engineering tasks and projects. 
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, placing member service as priority
• Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support
• Provide support in functional areas of the credit union
• May provide direct member service in high volume situations
• Process and update data in automated systems; may generate and analyze reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
