A systems team that is responsible for supporting Navy Federal’s credit card products, origination/underwriting, servicing, collections, mortgage servicing and business solutions as it relates to credit cards. Also responsible for supporting the technical aspects of the Private Student loan program.

Qualifications
  • Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to assigned department; may work on small projects or portions of larger projects
  • Support business strategy and initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
  • Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments
  • Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
  • Work with other business units to resolve systems and equipment issues
  • Present data findings from research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, placing internal customer services and deliverables as priority
  • Retrieve, analyze, and validate process flows to determine accuracy
  • Work directly with project leads to understand requirements and propose key solutions to drive effective decision-making and influence business objectives
  • Analyze and summarize business operations, customer, and/or requirement data to improve processes
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders and management to conduct needs assessment to support objectives 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
