Location:  Leetsdale, PA                                                              

Amount of Travel Required:  0%

Work Schedule:   Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m.-5p.m.   (Overtime frequently required.)

POSITION SUMMARY: The inventory specialist will support our Evolution Well Services Operating facility in Leetsdale, PA, receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word 'May.')

  • Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.
  • Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.
  • Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.
  • Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management.
  • Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Organize and sort items on shelves, bins, and overhangs according to company standards.
  • Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items
  • Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped.
  • Communicating demand of stocked items to the procurement team
  • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successfully passes background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Possesses a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • Daily in-person, predictable attendance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL

  • Minimum, High School degree; and 3-4 years’ work experience

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse.
  • Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs
  • Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred.
  • Typing and record-keeping skills are necessary to provide accurate information for managers and supervisors regarding warehouse inventory.
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
  • A Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard.

The Inventory Specialist primarily works in a warehouse/shop environment that makes them susceptible to common hazards such as physical strain, moving machinery, loading, unloading, falling objects, slips, trips, and falls. Daily required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. They will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and /or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk, stoop, kneel, sit, climb, crouch and/or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 49 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds with a team lift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
