The Opportunity:
The Irregular Warfare Training Analyst will serve as a member of the CACI contract team supporting U.S. Air Force (USAF) Headquarters, Air Education and Training Command's Future Operations Division (HQ AETC/A3X) in the Directorate for Operations and Communications (HQ AETC/A3/6) at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph in San Antonio, Texas. Will provide subject matter expertise and program management analysis for AF-wide IW programs to include evaluating and providing recommendations on how to improve IW education and training curriculum based on changing and/or emerging strategies and strategic-level guidance.Responsibilities:Will provide program oversight for training development as it relates to the components of IW (Cyber, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Space, Public Affairs (PA), Information Operations (IO), and Weather). Will incorporate IW into Agile Combat Employment (ACE) and provide MAJCOM-level review of all IW-related curriculum and suggest changes based on IW experience, doctrine, and familiarity with emerging requirements. Develop and present IW-related briefings and other correspondence to AETC leadership and other stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
Must have at least 5 years as a program manager.
Must have at least 5 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming.
Must have working knowledge of USAF Readiness Training.
Current TS/SCI (NATO) U.S. Government security clearance or ability to acquire the clearance.
Desired:
Ability to serve on teams with demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail skills.
Served as an in-residence and/or online instructor.
An understanding of competency-based assessment, learning, and development.

$67,100-$141,000',
