Position Specific Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with Development and Configuration of AMS Application Health Dashboard
• Help design and implement solutions with Automation and AI
• Create Machine Learning use cases
• Completes challenging projects and assignments
• Utilize ServiceNow (the #1 used enterprise level tool) where you will explore various AMS skills such as:
  • Utilizing the ITIL service management framework to outline best practices
  • Learning about ITOM, which we focus on Certificate Management and CMDB management
  • Report automation and scheduling
  • Service Now Data analysis
• Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship
• Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred knowledge of:

• Python
• Scripting
• Application integration
• ServiceNow

Job Overview

To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).
