Position Specific Description

This position will analyze business processes and practices, to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives across the SAP platform.  Assist in working with business finance resources to analyze business situation, understand business demands, create, or understand business requirements and translate into a variety of outputs –business case, technical requirements and functional specifications and test plans.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of financial concepts and terminologies
• Collaborates, on an on-going basis, with the Programmer/Analysts
• Applies analytical skills within functional area
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve routine problems
• Builds strong working understanding of the solution being delivered
• Possess very good interpersonal skills with uncompromising integrity and a strong work ethic
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred skills: 

• General knowledge of SAP, data modeling, report & input template development, script logic, data loading and transformations (preferred not required)
•  Good analytical and organizational skills and knowledge of SAP and financial planning (preferred not required)

Job Overview

To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists department with assigned projects
• Completes challenging projects and assignments
• Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship
• Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school grad / GED
• Maintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree program
• Maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
