What You’ll Get to Do:
Are you ready to put your knowledge, skills, and experience to work leading the development of contemporary mission management systems that use modern development practices, are cloud native, and built within an extreme agile software development framework? As a motivated software developer on this exciting program comprised of multiple product teams, you will support our truly immersed customers through modernization of mission management applications. We’ll look to you to help design, develop, and maintain microservices and a UI for a data-rich application with complex user workflows. As a part of the development process, you will write automated tests, deploy to a fully automated DevSecOps pipeline, and influence the current architecture and future technical direction of the project. More About the Role:Technologies you will use may include:
Java
Javascript/typescript
Frontend frameworks like Vue and Bootstrap
Elastic
Hibernate
Automated testing tools like Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, etc
Databases like MySQL, Redis, etc
SCM and issue tracking tools like Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc
DevSecOps pipeline tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, etc
Clearance: Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field or related experience
Experience: 3 or more years of experience in software development
Available to work in-person at the CACI facility in Sterling, VA
Experience with either Web/Front End and/or Back-end with willingness to do Full Stack
Demonstrated experience working with others in a team environment
Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
Development on Linux OS
Java development skills
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps processes
Experience with automated testing tools
Experience using tools for Test Driven Development (TDD)
Experience with database systems such as MySQL, Redis, etc
Experience with Git / GitLab source code management tools
Current Security+ certification
