As part of our growth plans, we're seeking a Field Telecom Engineer that has a real passion for delivering excellence and ensuring customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
The Field Technician is responsible for carrying out 1st line installation, repair and maintenance activities on customer premises. You will be part of the Operations team delivering the local onsite support needed to ensure our customers receive a world class service.
You will be looking after and involved with operations and maintenance of Verizon's Backbone Network (L1/L2) and troubleshooting on existing network structures.
