General Summary:
职位目标:
1. 对 module 产品做失效分析,确保产品质量;
2. 协助倒班技术员完成进一步的深入分析,并提高其分析能力和质量;
3. 收集和整理分析数据,准确及时完成各种报告。
工作内容:
1. 熟练和精通各种分析手段和方法,并能灵活运用到实际案例中;(electric test, X-ray, etching, lapping, cross section, C-SAM, Ion Polishing, SEM......)
2. 通过电路图等资料结合测试数据的综合分析,采用合适的分析手段准确快速的判断出失效位置;
3. 协助工程师利用各分析手段及时完成项目,并确保分析质量和效率;
4. 完成质量问题的追溯分析与调查深入分析,并培训倒班技术员客退相关分析经验,提高其分析能力;5. 能独立整理和收集各项失效分析记录,并作出初步的判断;确保各报告时准确的完成;
6. 完成上级安排的其它事项。
岗位要求:
1.熟悉失效分析方法和流程。
2. 3 年以上电子或相关领域的工作经验,对于大规模生产和产品质量的分析和控制有基本认识。具有 C-SAM、X-ray、etching、lapping、cross section、Ion Polishing、SEM 等失效分析经验尤佳。
3.中专学历。
4. 个人技能及素质:良好的团队精神及交流、协调能力。英语流利,电脑操作熟练。
工作条件工作场所:
净化车间实验室环境状况:良好工作场所;有职业病危害,工作中接触 X-ray 和 HNO3。
