Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Land Mobile Radio Engineer to support a long-term program for CBP. This will be providing Operation & Maintenance of Land Mobile Radios for mission critical operations.

Responsibilities

•      Serve as the primary POC for technical issues on the project team

•      Provide Systems Engineering support and management for Land Mobile Radio Systems

•      Report to field locations to assist in the solution of problems

•      Assist with Final Design, Equipment Selection, implementation, installation, system optimization, ad customer accepting testing of LMR Equipment

•      Provide end user experience for the customer in the field

Qualifications:

•      A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field

•      4+ years of experience with Land Mobile Radios, Tactical Radios, or Satellite Communications

•      Decent understanding of basic IP networking

•      DOD, Federal, or Military Communications Background

•      Must be able to obtain & maintain a Top Secret or CBP BI Clearance

Compensation:

•      Salary Range: 100k-140k
