You will be working as a Dist. Lead Engineer to design and build governance solutions for Data, Metrics, AI and BI. And also come up with innovative ideas to solve governance issues and product data.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing architecture and design to deliver Data Governance principles.
  • Working with various teams across the Organization to integrate various software systems to achieve the goal.
  • Building a common framework to onboard Data, KPI Metrics, AI Model, and Analytics.
  • Building a solution for seamless search, discovery, and Subscription for Data, KPI Metrics, AI Model, and Analytics.
  • Building and running smooth onshore and offshore team coordination to have successful releases.
  • Build and maintain scalable applications.
  • Periodically communicate with leader about the ongoing activities and provide the key metrics.

What We’re Looking For…

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Java and J2EE.
  • Experience with Cloud like AWS, GCP, ect.
  • Experience with relational dbs like Oracle, Postgress, etc.
  • Experience with non relational dbs like Mongbdb, etc.
  • Experience with operating system like Linux, Unix, etc. 
  • Experience with J2EE design principles.
  • Experience with mid to complex Application Architecture. 
  • Experience with Governance tools like Watson Knowledge Catalog, Collibra, etc.
  • Experience with Data Virtualization and Data Protection principles.
  • Proven knowledge of Data Governance principles.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to various levels within the organization. 
  • Experience creating PPT presentations. 

Even better if you have one or more of the following: 

  • Masters in Computer Science.
  • Experience with data protection tools like Microfocus, Protegrity, etc.
  • Experience with data virtualization tools like Starburst, etc.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
