General Summary:

Located in San Diego, the Financial Analyst, M&A Finance Integration Management Office (FIMO) is responsible for supporting pre-and post-close integration efforts for various Finance/Accounting workstreams across M&A transactions.  This role has responsibility for support of transaction needs throughout the entire M&A process from due diligence through completion of post-close milestones.

**Position requires to be onsite in San Diego full time

This role will be responsible for activities such as:

  • Project management support of pre- and post-close integration efforts for specified transactions and/or Finance and Accounting workstreams
  • Participating in and supporting the due diligence process
  • Assisting with analysis and preparation Net Working Capital and Net Cash proposals for definitive agreements
  • Preparation of closing payment schedules
  • Preparing/maintaining Corporate Development deliverables including due diligence readouts, Plan of Record and business cases
  • Maintaining transaction milestone trackers
  • Preparing and helping facilitate integration kick-off materials for Finance & Accounting

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or related position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7+ years of accounting or finance experience in a global environment
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to clearly articulate complex processes to audiences with differing levels of understanding
  • Ability to collaborate in cross functional teams and actively manage teams to complete projects and tasks
  • Willingness to get things done, be resourceful and take ownership
  • Ability to recognize and apply a sense of urgency, when necessary
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to operate in a diverse, matrixed, global environment across multiple time zones
  • Experience with US based multinational companies
  • Demonstrated skill with process improvements
  • International and multi-unit business experience is highly desired
  • Experience supporting M&A

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$122,400.00 - $183,600.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
