Extensive Knowledge of
- Leadership Development research and adult learning theory..
- Development solutions (e.g., coaching, 360 feedback, development plan creation, competency design, development program design).
- Advanced facilitation and coaching skills and techniques.
- Project management and business process improvement.
- Financial Services Industry preferred.

- Facilitating leadership development programs and processes (advanced facilitation skills).
- Coaching to assist leaders and associates in reaching their full potential.
- Consulting to assess, recommend, and implement talent management solutions that align with the business objectives.
- Designing and developing needs analysis, learning program design, analysis, evaluation and impact.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor%26rsquos Degree with a minimum of five (5) years in talent management or related field.
- Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, MBA, or other relevant field preferred.
- 2-3 years of management or management consulting experience preferred
