General Summary:
Production Management:
- Assist to oversee daily production operations in the Tape and Reel area.
- Support on receiving and batching process activities.
- Assist on the production scheduling and deliveries.
- Manage production resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
- Other tasks related to operations assigned based on business needs.
Health & Safety /Facilities Management:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Coordinate and help to resolve facility issue
- Communicate with vendor on compressor and aircon issue.
Logistics Support (INBOUND and OUTBOUND)
- Help on the inbound and outbound activities.
- Send shipment report to customer prior warehouse receipt of the delivery products.
- Handle shipping matters and coordinate collection and delivery of parts.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring they are sufficient to meet production needs.
- Support to monitor material inventory to ensure availability.
- Handles purchase of production required raw materials
- Purchase of machine spareparts and other production materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.OR
Associate's degree and 1+ year of Engineering Technician or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of Engineering Technician or related work experience.
Physical Requirements:
• Frequently transports and installs equipment weighing at least 25 lbs.
