General Summary:
Qualcomm China Developer Network is looking for a self-motivated ecosystem expert who professionally develop and execute developer relations activities across all dimensions for its semiconductor businesses, especially to support AI PC, Gen AI, IoT, Extended Reality, Automotive are somehow involved as well.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Maintain a keen understanding of the semi-conductor industry trends and support Qualcomm Technologies business goals for its growth businesses by planning and implementing effective developer events and activities under Qualcomm Developer Network.
- Build &maintain AI PC developer ecosystem, especially for independent software developers.
- Increase ARM based native windows applications by working closely with ISVs.
- Promote Qualcomm AI tools through marketing activities and holistic developer engagement plan to support Qualcomm business like: AI PC, AI+IoT and any other on-device AI technologies.
- Support other Qualcomm Business which related to developers’ engagement, such as AI PC, IoT, extended reality, and Automotive.
- Collaborate with business team and partner marketing, branding, social, product marketing functions to drive developer marketing events/activities/workshop and help create internal alignment across marketing programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Developer community or related work experience.
OR
bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Ecosystem business development or related work experience.
MBA is a plus
- Strong proven track record of either PC software ecosystem maintenance or AI ecosystem builds or IoT Ecosystem (one of three background is required)
- Proven working experience in Developer community, or ecosystem partnership, or PC/AI industry business development.
- Excellent communication skills, English (written and verbal) is must to have.
- Working individually, and under pressure.
- Strong relationships with Chinese developer communities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate in a cross-functional setting, and effectively interact at multiple levels with global team.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
