The Opportunity:

We have an upcoming opportunity to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Office of Counterintelligence (OCI) with robust strategic counterintelligence (CI) all-source analysis. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis to satisfy CI analytical requirements focused on foreign investments, supply chain, critical technologies, critical infrastructure, regional support, investigations, and/or collection. Help OCI assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) from foreign intelligence entities (FIE) and insider threats.
Responsibilities:
As a Mid-level Counterintelligence Analyst, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis using qualitative and quantitative methodology to support DIA’s Finished Intelligence (FINTEL) production cycle.
Conduct analysis on regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD.
Produce IC-coordinated All-Source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and federal law enforcement agencies/organizations in support of DIA’s CI programs, functions, and mission activities.
Produce, support, and review DIA-unique product lines to include, but not limited to, Defense Intelligence Digest (DID) articles and notes, Response Memos, Defense Intelligence Tabloids and/or graphics, assessments, and briefings in accordance with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) analytic tradecraft standards - ICD 203, 205, 206, 208, and 750.
Conduct daily research of raw intelligence to identify potential FIE threats to DoD personnel, activities, and interests.
Identify emerging CI threats, trends, and patterns and nominate strategic production when appropriate.
Provide all-source analysis support to DoD CI Enterprise collectors and operators to improve awareness of all foreign intelligence threats to DoD personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
Present formal and informational briefings on the current FIE threats and defend CI analytic results to a variety of audiences in support of their CI and mission readiness requirements.
Identify intelligence gaps, leverage, and help create collection requirements to fill those information gaps, evaluate intelligence reporting, and identify collection opportunities through collector engagement.
Integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least a portion of the experience in the last 2 years, as an all-source analyst providing analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Experience researching, developing, and producing finished intelligence (FINTEL) products on foreign military and/or intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
All-Source Analysis and/or Counterintelligence Analysis experience.
Experience with ODNI’s analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD’s), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, 208, and 750.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
A working knowledge of the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE and CHROME.
TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to acquire a Polygraph.
Desired:
Preferred 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
