Job Description:

The Opportunity:

CACI has an opening for a Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract to support Navy clients at CNAP N412, NASNI, Coronado, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the CNAP N412 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver NFL Logistics Training Service (LTS) to CNAP N41 staff and CVN clients.

• Serve as CNAP N412 lead FIN Team SME during TTAV, TAV, SMA, SMI visits onboard CVNs.

• Provide remote and on-site OJT/OTS training on CVN FIN MGMT topics such as OPTAR/BP-28 Fund MGMT, Difference Listing (DL), Stock-In-Transit (SIT), Segregation Of Duties (SOD), and Performance Indicator Brief (PIB) metrics.

• Develop and Conduct Formal Training on FIN MGMT

Qualifications:

Required: 

• DoD Secret Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. 

• 8 years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS, Inventory, and Financial management,  

• As a substitute for education requirements, eight years of experience in a Naval logistics, AIS, Inventory, and Financial management may be utilized. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.

Desired:

• Ideal candidate would be a former Navy Enlisted Logistics Specialist (LS) with CVN/L-Ship tour background with S-1/S-1A/S-1F DIV/WC experiences.
