Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a secret cleared Network Controller to join a premier federal agency based out of Hill or Scott Air Force Base. The secret cleared Network Controller is responsible for supporting a 24/7 Network Operations Center, to maintain DOD and Military LAN/WAN operations. We are seeking several different types of Network Controllers that have strong experience in SATCOM, Transport/IP, or VOIP.  

Responsibilities of the secret cleared Network Controller include: 

• Configure and troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN routers and switches  
• Monitor, track, and resolve networks issues 
• Assess network incidents and deficiencies in one or more of the following areas; routers, switches, crypto devices, CISCO, Juniper, SATCOM, IP/TCP, and VOIP 
• Conduct network and telecommunications incident investigation and repairs  

Qualifications for the secret cleared Network Controller  

• High School Diploma and 2-5 years of experience in Networking  
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.  
• CompTIA Sec+ or equivalent certification  
• Able to work in a shift work environment as they are a 24/7 operation center  

Compensation for the secret cleared Network Controller : 

• Pay Rate: $27 - $32/hr *depending on experience and education*
