Job Description

This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week at one of the following Corporate Office locations: St. Petersburg, FL or Southfield, MI.

Job Summary
Acts as a partner with the business to facilitate and implement technology solutions. Responsible for gathering system requirements that will ensure the technology solution will meet the needs of the business. Requires understanding of systems, industry and end-user requirements. Applies specialized domain knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Makes judgments and recommendations based on analysis and knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
Palo Alto firewall experience required
F5 (LTM/GTM/ASM/APM) knowledge/experience
Experience using Splunk for traffic and log analysis a plus
Knowledge of IT Change Management processes (ITIL), ServiceNow experience a plus
ForeScout experience a plus
Skill in:
Troubleshooting network/firewall-related issues
Gathering and interpreting user requirements to create appropriate firewall policies
Customer service, working with customers to help them define their requirements
Ability to:
Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.
Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.
Demonstrate a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas
Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions develop and sustain productive client relationships.
Occasionally work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.
Work in a team environment or project room to facilitate collaboration.

Education/Previous Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor%26rsquos degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training and experience as approved by Human Resources.

Licenses/Certifications:
Palo Alto certifications a plus, but not required
