Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Specialist to join a long-term DoD program supporting the Department of the Navy in New Orleans, LA. This position

requires an active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities for the Network Specialist:

• Monitor the infrastructure and network by responding appropriately to alerts and events
• Respond to incidents from triage through resolution, including escalations, where appropriate
• Respond to infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services
• Provide root cause analysis documentation following Government procedures

Qualifications for the Network Specialist:

• 2+ years of Network Admin experience
• Active IAT II Certification (Security+) and CCNA
• Active SECRET Clearance Required
• Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and support for IT devices

Compensation for the Network Specialist:

• Salary Range: $60,000-75,000/year **depending on years of experience and certifications**
