The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead with demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing change management strategies, standards, playbooks, best-practices, and plans, particularly for enterprise transformations aligning with CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) overall Delivery Execution Model strategy. The individual will be part of CACI’s ASF Center of Excellence (COE) working with CACI Solution Architects and Federal Programs on OCM.
Responsibilities:
- Change Strategy Development: Designing and developing the overall change management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves understanding the nature of the change, its impact on various stakeholders, and the desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement: Identifying key stakeholders who will be affected by the change and developing plans to engage them effectively. This involves understanding their concerns, expectations, and needs, and communicating with them regularly to address any issues or resistance.
- Communication Planning: Creating communication plans to ensure that relevant information about the change is effectively communicated to all stakeholders. This includes developing key messages, selecting appropriate communication channels, and timing the delivery of messages to maximize impact.
- Training and Development: Developing training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to adapt to the change. This may involve designing training materials, coordinating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to employees as they transition to new ways of working.
- Change Impact Assessment: Assessing the impact of the change on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, and people. This involves conducting impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with the change and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
- Change Readiness Assessment: Evaluating the organization's readiness for change by assessing factors such as leadership support, employee readiness, and organizational culture. This may involve conducting surveys, interviews, or focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Resistance Management: Proactively managing resistance to change by identifying sources of resistance, addressing underlying concerns, and implementing strategies to mitigate resistance. This may involve providing coaching and support to managers and employees, as well as facilitating open dialogue to address concerns.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring the progress of the change initiative and evaluating its effectiveness against predefined goals and objectives. This involves collecting data, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure the successful implementation of the change.
- Collaboration with other Teams/Programs: Collaborating with other teams involved in the change initiative, such as project management, HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously refining and improving change management processes and approaches based on lessons learned and feedback from stakeholders. This involves staying updated on best practices in change management and applying them to drive successful change initiatives within the organization.
- Business development and Proposal development, writing, and strategy.
- Apply structured, people-focused methodologies to guide transitions from the current operating environment to the desired future state, especially in contexts of organizational restructuring and IT modernization.
- Apply change management processes and tools to develop strategies that optimize employee adoption and usage, accelerate adoption rates, and enhance the utilization of IT products and services.
- Identify key stakeholders and stakeholder segments, conduct impact analyses, and assess change readiness.
- Consult, facilitate, and coach Program and Product teams throughout the change process.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in OCM and business process engineering/reengineering, process automation, managed services, project management, and consulting with a focus on engagement, training, and process discovery/documentation.
- Prosci Certified Professional
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or another related scientific or technical discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English in both written and spoken form.
- Willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Experience working with business processes, capability needs, and business requirements.
- The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial.
- The Agile Solution Factory emphasizes innovation and looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time within the U.S.
- Local to NOVA/DC area with an ability to work in a hybrid environment and intermittent days at primary office in Ashburn, VA.
Desired:
- Experience providing solutions with customer relationship management and business development, Agile/DevSecOps, Portfolio Management (TBM, CPIC, EVM), MSI, and OCM on $100M+ programs.
- Understanding of and experience in Agile Software Development
- Ability to collaborate with technical teammates and take non-technical action based on that collaboration.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
