CACI is looking for an Operations Center Lead to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Responsible and accountable for:
All day-to-day activities associated with the operational execution of the JDOC.
Sets daily, weekly, monthly staff schedules to ensure 24/7 support for service delivery.
Serves as coordinator for all service delivery processes and procedures.
Responsible for daily event reporting, coordinating all Cyber Tasking Orders (CTO), network and systems outages.
Coordinates and serves as final contract recommendation authority for government decisions related to execution of network and systems ASI activities.
Directs, monitors, and is responsible to report all troubleshooting and problem resolution actions across the scope of SCITES II.
Required:
Current Top-Secret clearance with/SCI eligibility
6 years’ experience working within a GCC J6 or Component Headquarters Command G, N, A6 Directorate.
PMP or similar Project/Program Management certifications like: DAWIA level II, Prince
DoD 8140 IAM-Advanced Qualification.
Desired:
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing communications and Information Technology systems.
Minimum of 5 years managing and operations center staff in a medium to large, geographically dispersed, multi-domain network architecture within the Department of Defense.
Three years military experience working with the Joint Services environment (Joint Staff, GCC, JSOC or similar organization) J6 performing functions across the operations and planning branch.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
