Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Operations Specialist to join a Enterprise, Innovative, and Growing Government Client. The Operations Specialist has a hybrid (on-site) work schedule in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The Operations Specialist will provide support in administrative planning while managing internal operations. In addition, the Operations Specialist will manage internal systems, processes, and maintain best practices for the organization.

 

Responsibilities of the Operations Specialist:

  •         Analyze current projects and anticipate future planning potential.

  •         Coordinate with ARMY stakeholders and internal employees to create future strategies.

  •         Develop, revise, and create recommendations on current policies, plans, and directives.

  •         Debrief current and future plans to Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager(s) in a timely manner.

    Qualifications of the Operations Specialist:

  •         Active Secret Clearance Required.

  •         Experience working with ARMY stakeholders.

  •         Masters Degree and (7) years of relevant work experience or Bachelor’s Degree and (10) years of relevant work experience.

    Compensation of the Operations Specialist:

  •         Salary & Range: $105,000-115,000/yearly. ***Based on experience.
