You will be responsible for providing ongoing business process support and expertise to our Alternate Distribution strategy. This role will include supporting future National Retail expansions, step van operations, event coordination, and store build execution. You will work closely with leadership and key partners to understand and identify opportunities. This role will support executive-level needs, planning, analysis, and presentation development to ensure strategic business plans are successfully articulated and communicated.
Responsibilities include:
Dedicated Best Buy support dotted line to Director - Best Buy sales.
Providing training, reporting, and troubleshooting on programs and tools.
Communicating and presenting information effectively with other leaders.
Providing support for Ariba and store relocation/remodel set-ups.
Leading implementation of pilots and trials designed to enhance the retail experience.
Utilizing your operations expertise to identify areas of improvement and increase profitability in your assigned market.
Providing operational updates to retail leadership regularly.

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to work weekend and after hour support when necessary
A Master's degree.
Providing business process support and expertise to our Retail Sales channel on various programs and tools.
Partner closely with a Retail Director, DM team, and a team of Senior Analysts to understand and identify opportunities.
Providing training, reporting, and troubleshooting on programs and tools.
Communicating and presenting information effectively with other leaders.
Providing support for Ariba and store relocation and remodel set-ups.
Managing projects and identifying process improvements in retail merchandising, inventory, and systems.
