General Summary:

Join our innovative tech company as a Paid Media Manager and drive the success of our advertising efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns across various digital and traditional media platforms to enhance our brand and product visibility and drive demand for our products and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Managing regional compute-related paid media campaigns. This includes collaborating with regional marketing teams and agencies on strategy, planning, launch, optimizations, and reporting. Work across the multiple channels throughout the marketing funnel, map user journeys, manage budgets, and coordinate with agency partners to ensure campaigns meet strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective paid media strategies in collaboration with the global paid media Center of Excellence.
  • Directly manage in-house LinkedIn and 6Sense campaigns, overseeing everything from strategy development to setup, implementation and reporting.
  • Assist with SEM and SEO strategies, plans and execution for the compute business
     

Budget Management

  • Monitor paid media budgets and pacing to ensure adherence to budget constraints and timelines.
  • Responsible for internal accruals and reporting

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Employ advanced analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, calculate ROI, and adjust spending and performance based on the insights gained.
  • Keep track of performance metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Modify campaign parameters to fine-tune ad spending and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct tests and optimize ads for better targeting and conversion rates.
  • Enhance ad creatives by collaborating with the creative and campaign teams to ensure consistency in advertising content and messaging.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and strategic recommendations based on analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including digital strategy, creative and product marketing teams, to ensure that our paid media strategies are aligned with broader marketing objectives and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern marketing platforms and technologies, including programmatic advertising, SEM, social media platforms, and traditional media channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and other relevant digital marketing software.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to turn analysis into effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing enterprise SEO marketing, including keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO components.
  • Proven track record in managing SEM, including budget management, bid management, conversion tracking, and ad copywriting.
  • Experience in managing agency relationships.
  • Creative mindset with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
