General Summary:
Snapdragon Studios is seeking a PC Game Lab Technician to execute test plans and other operational activities ensure best gaming experience on Windows on Arm Snapdragon platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable with testing games, familiarity with the various game storefronts and can dig deeper on performance and/or report clear and concisely issues encountered on the games tested. This is a unique opportunity to triage and investigate Windows application failures in a new environment on Snapdragon Windows devices.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Executes test plans and provides feedback to customer on outcomes or issues.
• Assists with set-up of specialized test equipment, as well as loading and running programs or builds.
• Performs routine calibration and maintenance of test equipment and tools according to standards and procedures.
• Performs basic repairs on test equipment as needed.
• Executes test methodologies for various technology, following established procedures, and documents results.
• Debugs and troubleshoots routine testing issues or failures and escalates other issues appropriately.
• Conducts basic analyses and gathers information to identify where an issue has occurred.
• Collaborates with individuals inside own team to complete the team's work.
• Communicates with team lead to provide status and information about impending obstacles.
• Executes individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with supervision.
• Adapts to moderate changes and setbacks in order to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
Level of Responsibility:
• Works under close supervision.
• Responsible for own work. Decision-making is limited. Impact of decisions is readily apparent. Errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct).
• Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area.
• Some tasks require multiple steps which must be performed in a specific order; directions or manuals can accurately document the steps necessary to perform the task.
• Some creativity may be required to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances.
• Limited problem solving required, generally in the nature of troubleshooting simple processes or technology.
The responsibilities of this role do not include:
• Does not provide supervision to others.

• Has no influence over key organizational decisions.
• Does not have a role in strategic planning.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$18.85 - $28.27The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
