Job Summary
Under general supervision, use skills obtained through education and training to support and implement sales enablement efforts, projects, and communication plans for the Sales team within Private Client Banking (PCB). PCB supports financial advisors and clients by providing various lending and cash solutions including securities based lending, structured lending, mortgage, and margin. Work in a dynamic team environment to distribute educational resources and communication plans that support product initiatives and campaigns. Assist in creating and updating Sales team collateral and coordinating conferences/events materials and logistics. Support the Sales team efforts through data input, analysis, and reporting. May also provide a wide variety of administrative and support services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of
Principles and practices of sales enablement, client relations, marketing, and communications.
Basic fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry.

Skill in
Organizing, managing, and executing on objectives with general oversight, a strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism.
Gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Time management skills and a %26ldquoroll up the sleeves%26rdquo mentality.
Operating standard office equipment and using required software.

Ability to
Review and analyze data for dashboards.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Interact with management at all levels.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
Associate%26rsquos degree (AA) in business, finance, marketing or a related field and five (5) years of experience required.
OR ~
Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
