We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic and detail-oriented PEGA Senior Business Architect who understands the business strategy and can bridge the gap between IT and business to ensure successful campaign implementation in PEGA and help to reduce churn. This person needs conviction in his/her ideas but also know how to collaborate and when to adjust your approach. This person needs to be a great communicator, able to interpret data in a meaningful way, translate complex business specifications into concrete technical requirements, and inspire and equip everyone around to make sound decisions and do their best work.
As a Senior Pega Business Architect, working on the Marketing team, you will gather information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and document requirements to support the design, development and testing of a Pega NBA implementation for inbound and outbound campaigns.
As the Senior BA, you will be responsible for translating the high-level vision from the business team into technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams. You will be a key player in agile process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Collecting business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with extended cross functional teams and take decisions independently.
Managing multiple campaign initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, product and data management, to ensure effective collaboration and campaign execution.
Monitoring the status of the campaigns, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to mitigate them.
Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and gather feedback.
Creating user stories and groom the stories with the Pega Development and QA teams to get group consensus.
Contributing to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix and business requirement documentation.
Serving as the liaison between the business and the Development teams in order to supply technical solutions to meet business needs.
Making sure that the solution implemented meets the business requirements and business can report on the effectiveness of each campaign.
In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

You’ll need to have:
Six or more years of relevant work experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Understanding of Pega Next Best Action.
Pega Business Architect (CBA) certification.
Experience working as a development/business analyst gathering requirements from the business stakeholders.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.
SQL knowledge.
Even better if you have:
A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Understanding of Marketing terminology.
Technical project experience.
Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.
