TRANSACTION BANKING OPERATIONS

Transaction Banking Operations is part of Transaction Banking within the Platform Solutions Segment, comprised of below primary functions:

  • We enable Sales by providing clients a differentiated experience through their pre-sales and go-live journey, through onboarding, implementation and testing, go live and early-stage support
  • We provide best in class service to our clients post go live across all their business needs, including payments and transactions flows across our global payment rails
  • We support the build and development of new Treasury Products, Services and Partnerships, alongside Product, Risk and Engineering teams, by handling all Operational process, procedure, and control development 

TxB Operations is a growing sub-division, with regional presence in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New York, Dallas, and Tokyo. All our offices work closely together as a single global team. As this business expands, we will look to increase our global footprint accordingly.

YOUR IMPACT

The Product Enablement team is seeking an individual who is dedicated to completing timely and accurate product configuration for Transaction Banking clients. This role provides the opportunity to create a world class client experience with direct contribution to the business’ top line. You will work closely with internal teams to manage client configuration and enablement, ranging from low-touch product setups, Billing, and other post onboarding activities. An important aspect of the role will also include process refinement and streamlining.

Transaction Banking Operations is focused on scaling the recently launched Transaction Banking businesses and supporting the constantly evolving suite of innovative Transaction Banking Services we are offering clients, whilst adapting to the rapidly changing payment landscape. 

Our organization is the first line of defense for control and governance to protect both clients’ and the firm’s financial assets; and to provide a differentiated, best- in-class client service.  Transaction Banking Operations is a growing sub-division, with regional presence in Tokyo, Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New York, and Dallas. All our offices work closely together as a single global team in support of our Transaction Banking business. As this business expands we will look to increase our global footprint from both a team size and location perspective.

We manage a wide range of complex processes, with members developing skills and competencies around client service (client on-boarding, first line client support), cash management (including: payment controls, bank account management, virtual account management, cash concentration, payment formatting /settlement, reconciliation and claims), transaction support (FX Payment, Escrow, Money Market and Term Deposits), regulatory requirements, industry trends and change management.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Support accurate and timely setup of products/services across Transaction Banking clients, which will include:
    • Maintaining accurate interest, and fee rates for clients and ensure timely billing configuration for newly opened bank accounts 
    • Completing low-touch product enablement such as: cash concentration, drawdown, standing settlement instruction, and FX 
    • Ensuring timely revenue resulting from faster product enablement and implementation of our Treasury products
  • Provide timely notification of product enablement to all key stakeholders, including clients 
  • Act as a product expert to enhance setup processes, identify control weaknesses, recommend robust solutions, in collaboration with direct team, internal and external technology and business partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  •  1+ years of professional experience, preferably in a banking, client-facing role
  •  Working knowledge of banking products and services
  •  Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  •  Strong problem-solving abilities
  •  Exposure to project-based work, especially with thinking through and delivering process improvements.
  •  Process oriented thinker, with the ability to simplify and streamline complex processes
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, who enjoys forging deep relationships with colleagues and client
  •  Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with a passion to learn at exponential pace
