Job Title: Portfolio Manager Risk - Commercial Real Estate

Summary of the Position:

Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, TriState Capital Bank provides premier private banking, commercial banking, and treasury management products and services to corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth (HNW) clients.

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Credit Risk Portfolio Manager assists the relationship managers with the ongoing administration of loan portfolios and the underwriting of existing relationships (renewals) to ensure the Bank maintains high credit quality and to provide more time for the relationship managers to generate new business opportunities.

Primary Functions of the Position:

%26middot; Prepares the following for Senior Management:

o Credit Approval Request (CAR) to Senior Loan Committee

o Modifications

o Covenant Waivers/Amendments

o Periodic Reviews

o Assessment of Real Estate Sponsorship

o Special Asset Reports

%26middot; Manages / monitors assigned portfolio for:

o Loan Performance

o Accurate and Timely Risk Rating

o Required Financial Reporting

o Covenant Compliance

o Payment Delinquencies

o Overdrafts

%26middot; Ensures compliance with the Banks credit policies and procedures, identifying exceptions for approval as they occur.

%26middot; Ensures the set-up of credit facilities on Baker Hill and other internal systems is consistent with the reporting requirements and covenants contained in the loan documents.

%26middot; Review and update with the market and senior management construction monitoring, leasing status and upcoming loan maturities.

%26middot; Monthly construction monitoring.

%26middot; Ensures the timely spreading of financial statements provided by clients.

%26middot; Review of loan documents and third-party reports related to CRE.

%26middot; Conducts site inspections as needed.

Job Requirements

%26middot Bachelor%26rsquos Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

%26middot Minimum of 3-5 years of credit analysis and underwriting experience

%26middot Completion of a bank commercial credit training program and experience analyzing commercial / residential real estate projects (income producing properties including retail, office, industrial and multi-family land acquisition and development loans, and construction loans) preferred

Essential Skills and Abilities:

%26middot Demonstrated knowledge of investment commercial real estate finance for multiple loan and property types

%26middot Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assignments in a timely manner with minimal direction

%26middot Strong written and verbal communication skills

%26middot Strong presentation skills

%26middot Ability to work independently and within a team

%26middot Proficient in various spreadsheet and word processing applications, including the use of graphs and charts
